Mr. Mngadi, is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in financial and cost accounting, training management, talent management and general management. With a background in Cost and Management Accounting, he's on a mission to make UniBlack Consulting a beacon of light for Startup founders . Through his diverse career, Mr. Mngadi recognized a critical intelligence gap between strategic objectives and operations in small businesses especially at start-up phase. This intelligence gap results when founders don’t receive ongoing relevant data needed for good decision making and/or when day-to-day work activities include actions and projects that are not essential to meet the strategic objectives and goals. Sometimes many founders just have a narrow financial goal but with no strategy on how the whole business will work together to achieve that goal. And how performance will be managed in order to understand how the organization is working as a whole.
